Edmund is passionate about making stories come alive through audio. He has made many professional audiobooks, and produces a weekly podcast.
Edmund has been writing professionally for many years. However, he has been writing since the age of about 4, with the so-far unpublished 'I was a Bomb'. The first known recordings of him are contained on an old cassette as a baby.
Edmund learned how to write music from Geoffrey Poole and undergraduate and postgraduate level. He thinks Geoff's own music mirrors many of his own artistic values, so is working on a book about Geoff's music.
Edmund's compositional instruments of choice are flute and piano. He plays piano, and dares to perform in public. He joined the London Composers Forum in 2022, and runs its social media and recording, as well as finding motivation to bash out some music in relation to that.
Edmund qualified as an official of both Association Rules and American Rules football, and is an avid follower of both sports.
He lived in Taiwan for about eight years, but stopped when he realised that his Chinese was still terrible.
He reads quite a lot and is very fond of milk and milk-related food and drinks.
